After my first appointment (and last) I was asked to pay my co-pay of $25 dollars. About 3 weeks later I received the full bill for the doctor visit because they had lost my insurance information. I was asked to come into the office to give them my insurance card again and while there they discovered it in my file! After 6 weeks of waiting for my test results I finally called in to ask if they had any information. They had "misplaced" my test results! A few weeks later, with still no test results, they sent me the bill for the co-pay amount that I had paid on the first day of my visit. This issue has still not been resolved! It looks like I will have to pay my co-pay again and I still have no idea what my results were!
